Over5s.com is not a travel agent. It does not participate in the sale of holidays to the public. It provides holidaymakers with the ability to select holidays and accommodation from a range of suppliers that it has already identified. The aim of Over5s.com is to try to find as many holidays that are suitable for the larger family and put them in one place, thereby taking the pain, and time, out of finding suitable holidays.

As membership of the Over5s.com community grows, we will endeavour to update all members with details of when seasonal holiday brochures are being launched, so that the Over5.com community can be at the front of the queue for the limited number of holidays that are suitable for the larger family.

How can I share my holiday experiences with other users of Over5s.com?

Over5s.com encourage holidaymakers to share their holiday experiences with other users. You can do this using the link to our Forum at the top of this page.

Can I book my holiday through Over5s.com

No, as indicated above, Over5s.com are not a travel agent. We provide links to third-party companies offering holidays for families of 5 or more. There is no charge for this service and the price you pay for your holiday is the price at which the supplier advertises it on their website. Once you have clicked on a link for a particular holiday or property, you are taken directly to the supplier's website, from where the booking confirmation process can continue.

Do Over5s.com vet the holiday companies and hotels featured on its website?

Realistically this is not possible. You are advised to make your own enquiries regarding any holiday or hotel that you wish to book. Please also feel free to visit the Over5s.com Forum to discuss particular holidays with other users.

Do Over5s.com accept responsibility for the quality of the holidays or hotels featured on their website?

No. Over5s.com has no responsibility for the provision of holidays or accommodation featured on the website.

Are the holidays/hotels featured on Over5s.com always available?

No. All holidays are subject to availability and although we will do our best to maintain the accuracy of our website, information on the site may, from time to time, become out of date.

Is there any charge for the Over5s.com service, or will holidays booked as a referral from Over5s.com cost more?

Our service is totally free of charge to the holidaymaker. Bookings made through companies featured by Over5s.com are made at exactly the same price as if the holidaymaker went direct to the company's website. Over5s.com will in certain cases earn affiliate commissions from holiday suppliers and hotels.
